The Project × Rule of Growth × Meta Ads
An 84-unit collection of ultra-luxury farmhouses set across 10,000 sq ft land parcels, each framed by a 360° view of the Nandi Hills — a ₹ 200 Cr+ inventory in one of North Bangalore’s most sought-after escapes. With a ₹ 2.5 Cr+ ticket size, the challenge wasn’t volume. It was precision: reaching the small, serious pool of buyers who actually purchase at this level. Rule of Growth ran an end-to-end performance marketing engine on Meta — built not for clicks or vanity reach, but for site visits and bookings. From May 2025 to March 2026, the campaign turned ₹ 4.71 lakh of ad spend into 2,861 qualified enquiries and a near sell-out of the development.

✦ The Challenge ✦
Why Most Luxury
Real Estate Ads Fail
Low-quality leads
clicks and form-fills from people who will never buy at this level.
No targeting strategy
spray-and-pray reach instead of precise geographies and buyer profiles.
Poor follow-up system

"We don't sell reach — we sell site visits. At ₹2.5 Cr+, the only metric that matters is how many of the right people walked through the door. We built every creative and every audience around that."
